“Though the ground is shifting underneath them, most healthcare facility managers feel prepared for pending changes in the healthcare system and are happy about their selection of a career,” Mary Stefl, chair of Trinity’s healthcare administration department, said in a news release.
Here are three more findings from the survey:
• 87 percent rated their professional morale as positive
• 80.7 percent are satisfied with their career choice
• 47 percent are optimistic about the direction and future of healthcare
The survey was conducted by Merritt Hawkins and includes responses from 410 graduates from Trinity University’s healthcare administration department.
