St. Luke’s Hospital in Florida Changes Name to St. Vincent’s Medical Center Southside

St. Luke’s Hospital in Jacksonville, Fla., is changing its name to St. Vincent’s Medical Center Southside, effective immediately, according to a WOKV report.

Although the two hospitals have been affiliated since 2008, the name change was recently announced in order to further strengthen the St. Vincent’s HealthCare brand, said St. Vincent’s Medical Center Southside President Donnie Romine.
