St. David’s South Austin Hospital in Texas to Begin $72-Million Expansion

St. David’s South Austin (Texas) Hospital will begin a $72 million renovation and expansion project in April, according to a release from St. David’s Healthcare.

The expansion will add three floors and 25 percent more beds, a new nursery, new operating room and a new post-anesthesia care unit.

The facility has also changed its name from St. David’s South Austin Hospital to St. David’s South Austin Medical Center.
