North Haven, Conn.-based Frank H. Netter, MD, School of Medicine at Qunnipiac University is giving admissions priority to students who express an interest in primary care, according to CBS News.

The newest hospital accreditation option is the Center for Improvement in Healthcare Quality (CIHQ). Originally formed in 1999, CIHQ is a membership organization with more than 360 hospitals and other healthcare entities throughout the United States.
