President Donald Trump has backed away from putting a ban on flavored e-cigarettes due to pressure from advisers and lobbyists, who warned the president of the political consequences of such a move, The New York Times reports.

Sens. Cory Booker, D-N.J., and Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., both Democratic presidential hopefuls, introduced a bill Nov. 15 that would create a federal Bureau of Prescription Drug Affordability and Access to regulate drug prices, The Hill reports.
