Those hospitals, which include Concord Hospital, Elliot Hospital and Dartmouth Hitchcock, are seeking back payments or credit to future tax bills. The amended tax returns stem from recently passed legislation that cut $115 million in payments to hospitals for uninsured and indigent care.
