Joe DiMaggio’s Children Hospital in Hollywood, Fla., is set to open later this week, according to a Miami Herald news report.

The $140 million standalone children’s hospital, which used to share the same building as Memorial Regional Hospital, is nearing completion after four years of planning and construction, according to the news report. Joe DiMaggio’s Children Hospital features an oncology unit, more patient beds and six pediatric surgery rooms.
