• Crittenton Hospital Medical Center (Rochester Hills, Mich.) — Downgraded to A- from A (S&P)
• Holyoke (Mass.) Hospital — Downgraded to Ba3 from Ba2 (Moody’s)
• Loma Linda (Calif.) University Medical Center — Downgraded to Baa3 from Baa2 (Moody’s)
• Madison Memorial Hospital (Rexburg, Idaho) — Downgraded to BB+ from BBB- (S&P)
• Nevada (Mo.) Regional Medical Center — Downgraded to BB+ from BBB- (S&P)
• Tomball (Texas) Regional Hospital — Downgraded to Ba1 from Baa3 (Moody’s)
