Maximizing the in-between

According to a recent blog post from Integrated Healthcare Strategies, many organizations will experience the moment when a healthcare leader abruptly leaves and the organization has a vacancy.

This is the time referred to as the “In-Between”.

Appointing interal interim leaders can have some negative effects and it has been found that it may be best for the organization to find an external interim leader.
