The “Community Benefit Services Inventory Template” provides a structure for information on hospital programs, such as the source of funding, community partners and relevant contact information.
The “What Counts?” handout highlights which hospital efforts and programs qualify as community benefits to help hospitals avoid the large mistake of reporting programs that do not qualify.
