Harnett Health Systems Get $25M Federal Loan for New Hospital in North Carolina

Harnett Health Systems will receive a $25 million federal loan to build a 50-bed acute care hospital in Lillington, N.C., according to a report by WRAL.

Harnett, which is made up of Betsy Johnson Regional Hospital and the planned hospital, is managed by WakeMed Health and Hospitals.

The project recently won approval by the state’s Department of Health and Human Services.
