Frederick President and CEO Thomas Kleinhanzl told the News-Post that he believes most of the impacted employees will find other positions within the hospital, but if they are unable to or do not want to, they will receive outplacement assistance and severance.
The hospital is cutting back on its workforce to cut $6 million in operating expenses.
