Exeter Hospital and other Exeter Health Resources subsidiaries will be affected by the job cuts, which will be realized through the elimination of vacant positions, voluntary resignations, reduced hours for 40 employees and layoffs for 25 current employees, according to the report.
Exeter Health Resources is the latest New Hampshire provider to announce job cuts in response to state budget cuts.
