Conifer Health appoints Chief Nursing Officer

Conifer Health Solutions today announced the appointment of Bridget McKenzie, RN, MSN, as chief nursing officer and vice president of Medical Management. McKenzie brings nearly 30 years of clinical and
healthcare business experience to the company’s Value-Based Care (VBC) business.

In this newly created role, McKenzie is the chief advocate for the rapid development of technology driven medical management solutions, such as ConiferCore® Outcomes Optimization. She also will lead Conifer Health’s team of nurses who deliver holistic, total-person support on behalf of self-insured employers and unions looking to reduce costs and improve the health outcomes of their members.
