Question: What is the No. 1 concern you have for your practice amid the pandemic?

Jeff Wright: The negative financial impact and the ability to maintain healthy staffing to ensure the safe, effective, and efficient care of oncology patients.

Q: How have your priorities changed since the pandemic began?

JW: Keeping the patient at the center of our program has remained constant; managing patient care with PPE and other precautions has required us to have daily huddles on equipment and staffing.

Q: Where are the biggest opportunities in cancer care in 2020 and beyond?

JW: Going virtual (likely the same answer for everyone).

Q: What is the most exciting clinical innovation in cancer care today?

JW: Immunotherapy remains one of the most exciting advances in oncology.
