JB: Innovations in healthcare, specifically what is the industry doing to leverage blockchain. How can healthcare disrupt the known and current processes – and do it differently, do it better, do it sustainably?
Q: What contributes to better conversations between a health system’s financial and clinical leaders?
JB: Use the analogy “What Makes You Dance” – it is essential to know your audience. In healthcare, the same story for both groups… but its how you tell it that makes the difference. Get to know their unique drivers, challenges, successes – customize the way you tell the story to meet their needs.
