Question: What is the No. 1 principle you uphold and practice to effectively lead a team?

Andrew Le: Focus on asking better questions rather than having all of the answers. Having that mindset in meetings has really changed the way I understand problems and peoples’ perception of the right solution.

Q: What does healthcare need more of? Less of?

AL: Healthcare needs more alignment with the patient journey and what they want. It needs less middle-men who increase the overall cost of administering health care.

Q: What is one topic or issue you’ve been investing time in to better understand as of late?

AL: Personalization in other industries (Netflix, Spotify, etc.) and how we can apply that to health care.
