The AHA’s Hospitals in Pursuit of Excellence initiative has released a 50-page guide to help hospitals reduce inappropriate variation in healthcare, according to an AHA report.
The guide, titled Health Care Leader Action Guide: Understanding and Managing Variation, includes practical steps, best practices and case studies to help hospital leaders implement key interventions to manage variation.
