In a recent blog we asked, “What is culture fit, anyway?” The short answer was that:
- “Culture” is the way the organization thinks and feels about its purpose and its function and how it goes about solving problems and fulfilling that function.
- “Culture Fit” is the concept of defining the behavioral attributes of the workforce that support this culture and identifying people with those attributes.
