Mr. Mitchell said in the release that he is relocating to Colorado for personal reasons, but has accepted a new position as CEO of St. Anthony’s North Hospital in Denver.
Mr. Mitchell will relocate in December, and the board of directors is expected to develop a plan for finding a replacement at their next meeting, according to the report.
