Here are six hospital and health system COO moves that have been reported by Becker's since Nov. 9:

New York City-based NYU Langone Health has named Melissa Fana, MD, director of women's health for Suffolk County and chief of service for breast surgery at Long Island (N.Y.) Community Hospital. 

Grace Lee, MD, was named chief quality officer at Stanford Medicine Children's Health and Lucile Packard Children's Hospital Stanford in Palo Alto, Calif. Her role is effective Dec. 12. 

Anne Marie Lynch is no longer CEO of Anchorage, Alaska-based North Star Behavioral Health System, the Anchorage Daily News reported Nov. 30.

The East Florida division of HCA Healthcare named Richard Read as its CFO, effective January 1, 2023. 

Caroline Wasielewski is no longer CEO of the healthcare district that owns Adventist Health Tehachapi (Calif.) Valley hospital, Tehachapi News reported Nov. 27.

Baltimore, Md.-based LifeBridge Health has named David Graham, MD, as chief medical information officer.

Fort Myers, Fla.-based Lee Health has named Dana Begley its new vice president of wellness and recovery, a role she took over in late October. 

The University of Pennsylvania Health System in Philadelphia has tapped James Ballinghoff, DNP, RN, to serve as chief nurse executive, effective Dec. 1. 

Conway (S.C.) Medical Center is shuffling its leadership team, transitioning both its CEO and its COO to new roles Dec. 31.
