UNC Health Rex in Raleigh, N.C., has welcomed Lorie Rhine, MSN, as its new chief nursing officer. She succeeds Joel Ray, MSN, who retired in the summer.

Emily Moorhead was named president of Henry Ford Jackson (Mich.) Hospital.

UT Health East Texas has named Zach Dietze CEO of its Tyler hospital. 

Pleasant Valley Hospital in Point Pleasant, W.Va., has named a new COO and vice president of finance, nearly six months after it was acquired by Huntington, W.Va.-based Mountain Health Network.
