Peoria, Ill.-based OSF HealthCare has named Mike Wells as the new president of OSF St. Francis Medical Center.

Margaret Dimond, PhD, has been named president of E.W. Sparrow Hospital in Lansing, Mich., becoming the first woman to helm the hospital in its 127-year history. 

Santa Barbara, Calif.-based Cottage Health has named Lorenzo Olivarez Jr. its new vice president of finance. 

West Des Moines, Iowa-based MercyOne has named Tom Clark its Western Iowa president. 

Steven Hanks, MD, has started his tenure as president and CEO of Albany, N.Y.-based St. Peter's Health Partners and Syracuse, N.Y.-based St. Joseph's Health, syracuse.com reported Feb. 8.
