Penn State Health has appointed Yatin Vyas, MD, as its new vice president and physician leader for Penn State Health Children's services, according to a March 23 news release.

Oakland, Calif.-based Kaiser Permanente has tapped Mitch Winnik to lead its Downey service area in Southern California. 

Garett May is leaving his role as CEO of Merit Health Natchez (Miss.) for a new role within Community Health Systems, the hospital's parent company, The Natchez Democrat reported March 24.

Jonathan Nalli, who serves as CEO and ministry market executive of Indianapolis-based Ascension St. Vincent and senior vice president with St. Louis-based Ascension, will be leaving his role.

Memorial Healthcare System has selected Aharon (Ari) Sareli, MD, a critical care physician, to serve as chief medical officer. The Hollywood, Fla.-based system also appointed Holly Neville, MD, as associate CMO.

Detroit-based Henry Ford Health appointed four leaders to expanded roles within the $7 billion organization, according to a March 23 news release.

Perry Gay has resigned as president and CEO of Logansport (Ind.) Memorial Hospital, according to a hospital news release shared with Becker's.
