Mr. Chapman holds a master’s degree in business administration from Niagara University in Lewiston, N.Y., as well as a certificate in healthcare leadership from Le Moyne College in Syracuse, N.Y. He is also a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

“It is an exciting time to be a part of Memorial and MaineHealth as we implement the system’s five-year strategic plan,” Mr. Chapman said in a news release. “I look forward to working with the Memorial board of trustees, medical staff and all the full care team employees to achieve our shared vision of working together so our communities are the healthiest in America.”
