Vanderbilt, Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital Develop Healthcare App for Kids

Vanderbilt University, in conjunction with physicians at Vanderbilt’s Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital in Nashville, Tenn., has announced the launch of a new children’s app that helps children know what to expect during a physician checkup or other healthcare routines.

The customizable, interactive checklists in MyRoutine help provide structure and reduce anxiety among pediatric patients.

Physicians at Vanderbilt’s Center for Child Development have plans to use the app during appointments.
