Health IT and mHealth vendor iPatientCare has released the next generation Patient Kiosk for Physician’s Office. The kiosks are designed to streamline the patient check-in process, documenting necessary patient information including symptoms before the patient enters the exam room, according to a company news release.

Alternatively, the Cleveland Clinic is working with health IT firm HealthSpot to offer kiosks equipped with telemedicine capabilities where remote patients can consult with Cleveland Clinic physicians for minor, acute conditions.
