TRALE introduces 'report card' for health reimbursement account software

TRALE, a health reimbursement account solutions company, announced the launch of software that ranks an health reimbursement account program's participants' overall health.

The Daleville, Ind.-based company's MyBioCheck software now includes a "report card" that uses biometric data on individual patients to rank their overall health and perform a health risk assessment. The report card provides a feedback score expressed in simple language that is easy to read for participants, conveying why certain biometric measures are important to managing chronic disease. Participants are also provided with simple steps they can take to improve their score, according to a news release.

The program can also aggregate the report cards of all the individuals in a company or group to show trends within that group. The app is available for iPad as well as desktop and can be combined with any of TRALE's other products, according to the news release.

"The report card simplifies traditional health assessments by not using any self-reported numbers," said Dan O'Flaherty, vice president of sales for TRALE, in the news release. "Instead, everything is based on real biometrics that are gathered during a screening event and summarized into a report card type format that can be used by the participant and screener."
