MyTelemedicine partners with humanitarian agency to improve access for Spanish speakers

MyTelemedicine joined forces with PaceMD, a humanitarian organization focused on supporting health initiatives in Latin America, to increase access to telehealth services among Spanish-speaking patients in the U.S. and Mexico.

PaceMD offers community-based training to physicians and other healthcare professionals in rural Mexico and Latin America. It also offers training to U.S. medical practitioners through its MedSpanish program, centered on communicating with Spanish-speaking patients.

Via the new partnership with MyTelemedicine, the provider of a HIPAA-compliant telemedicine platform, Spanish-speaking patients in the U.S. and Mexico will have access to telehealth services in their native language.
