The CLEW ICU telehealth platform uses artificial intelligence to predict which patients are most likely to deteriorate and make workflow changes based on the level of patient deterioration. The partnership aims to improve clinician efficiency in the midst of healthcare staffing shortages, according to an Aug. 31 Equum news release.

“Equum’s commitment to deliver high-quality tele-critical care services make it an ideal partner for CLEW,” CLEW Medical CEO Gal Salomon said. “COVID-19 highlighted the need to fundamentally rethink the way critical care services are delivered, and both companies see a tremendous opportunity to help enable that change. This partnership is an important step for our organization, and we look forward to expanding our relationship and supporting Equum’s growth.”
