The survey, titled “Moms and Health Technology Survey,” was conducted by EmpowHER and released by LiveHealth Online.
Here’s what you need to know:
1. A total of 64 percent of respondents said they find it challenging to take their kids to physician visits during office hours for the academic year.
2. All 100 percent of the respondents said they would want 24/7 access to physicians and other healthcare services.
3. A total of 79 percent of respondents said they are interested in trying or learning more about telemedicine to help their families with non-emergency issues.
4. A total of 64 percent of respondents said having access to healthcare on-demand is more important than having video streaming or food delivery.
5. A total of 61 percent of respondents said they believe health technology will lead to better health for their children; 54 percent of respondents said online physician visits would make them more confident that they can support their family’s health.
