Four notes:
1. Salesforce Health Cloud now includes information on patients’ transportation options, housing status and care network in profiles that healthcare providers can access directly within the cloud.
2. Another service, Field Service Lightning for Health Cloud, is designed to help connect home healthcare organizations’ workforces by bringing provider teams together on a single platform.
3. The Field Service Lightning app allows dispatchers to send onsite specialists to a patient’s home by automating scheduling based on skills, availability and location. It also features the ability for home nurses to manage cases in real time by connecting with other providers through the app.
4. Salesforce also integrated its Health Cloud and its Salesforce Marketing Cloud to promote personalized patient care. Through the integration, providers can segment and enroll patients into campaigns and journeys, allowing care teams to monitor patients’ clinical and nonclinical engagements within Health Cloud.
