The company is buying a 525,000-square-foot office building in Irving, which will house IT, finance, accounting, administration, purchasing and project management operations. McKesson’s new project is expected to generate $157 million in capital investment in the state, as well as 975 new jobs, according to the report.
McKesson will operate the Irving location in addition to its pharmaceutical business headquarters in The Woodlands, Texas.
