5 health systems switching to Oracle Health EHRs

Oracle Health, the nation’s second-largest EHR vendor by market share, has been welcoming new customers into the fold in 2025.

Here are hospitals and health systems that have either gone live with Oracle Health or revealed plans to switch to the EHR this year:

1. Nine more U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs medical centers said March 31 they would transition to Oracle Health in 2026, bringing the total number of VA sites implementing the EHR that year to 13.

2. Huntsville (Ala.) Hospital Health System said March 19 it is planning to deploy the Oracle Health Foundation EHR across all its facilities.

3. Logan Health Cut Bank hospital launched Oracle Health in February as part of a systemwide EHR upgrade by Kalispell, Mont.-based Billings Clinic-Logan Health. 

4. Starkville, Miss.-based OCH Regional Medical Center rolled out a new EHR on Jan. 27, replacing multiple existing platforms with a unified one developed by Oracle Health.

5. Mobile, Ala.-based USA Health went live with Oracle Health in January at Providence Hospital in Mobile.
