Additionally, CenTrak was highly rated for RTLS accuracy, a key attribute of CenTrak’s Clinical-Grade Locating™ platform which enables rapid location updates and sub-room location segmentation.
CenTrak also received the highest rating for Overall Proactive Service. The report includes many satisfied customer comments regarding CenTrak’s scalability and integration – particularly with various nurse call systems and EMRs – as well as usability, accuracy and CenTrak’s willingness to partner with providers to ensure that the hardware setup and configuration meet their needs.
