The app, which acts as a patient portal, enables patients to manage their appointments, health records, healthcare finances and prescriptions. The app also helps patients track activities such as exercise. In the future, the health system plans to unveil nutrition and sleep tracking features.
Unlike Patient Hub, Covenant Health Plainview’s former patient portal, the Hart app is available to all of the health system’s patients — not just inpatients.
