The Center collaborated with medical device vendors and member healthcare organizations to establish the program’s platform, which is designed to facilitate the development of interoperable medical devices and systems.
The program, called C4MI Verified, will first launch a Patient Vitals Program, which seeks to improve the mapping of patient vital sign data from various device vendors into core systems. The program will also verify security and provisioning capabilities of patient monitoring systems.
