SprinkleXchange is supported by Ethereum blockchain, which allows users to trade listed companies and cryptocurrencies 24 hours a day.

The IPO platform is encouraging companies with a market cap between $20 million and $200 million to consider a listing.

Currently, the blockchain-powered platform is permissioned to list a maximum of 10 companies; however, SprinkleXchange hopes to list up to 1,000 over the next three to four years.
