Oracle Health, Cleveland Clinic and G42, a technology firm based in the United Arab Emirates, have announced a partnership to develop an AI-powered platform aimed at transforming healthcare delivery in the U.S. and UAE.

The platform is designed to harness artificial intelligence, national-scale data analytics and intelligent clinical applications to improve patient care, enable precision medicine and support proactive public health strategies, the organizations said in a joint announcement May 16. The initiative will leverage Oracle’s cloud infrastructure and data platforms, Cleveland Clinic’s clinical expertise and G42’s capabilities in AI infrastructure and health data integration.

The goal is to create a scalable, secure and cost-effective model of care that supports global health systems, especially as they address challenges such as aging populations, chronic disease and rising costs.

The platform will form the foundation of an AI-powered healthcare hub, enabling real-time analysis of population health data and providing clinicians with actionable intelligence at the point of care. The aim is to shift healthcare systems from reactive treatment models to proactive well-being strategies.

Beyond patient care, the initiative seeks to accelerate clinical research by breaking down barriers between trials and care delivery. The organizations said the platform will streamline the identification and enrollment of clinical trial candidates and give researchers access to real-world data for evaluating therapies and interventions.

The effort is part of a nonbinding agreement among the three organizations. Cleveland Clinic and G42 already collaborate through Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, which opened in 2015 as part of the UAE’s initiative to enhance healthcare delivery in the region.
