Here are seven things to know about CipherHealth’s achievements for this year thus far.
1. More than 300,000 patients have interacted with the company’s technology tools. CipherHealth tools include ORCHID, VOICE, ECHO and LINK. ORCHID focuses on modernizing the rounding process. VOICE is designed for efficient post-discharge patient follow-up calls. ECHO allows patients to access discharge instructions. LINK is designed to offer patient monitoring through wearable devices.
2. More than 160,000 rounds were conducted with the ORCHID tool.
3. More than 1.6 million calls were made through the VOICE tool, leading to the identification of 64,000 potential readmission-risk issues.
4. CipherHealth has significantly grown its customer base. The company has had 70 percent growth in new hospital customers.
5. The company’s technology has led to the identification of more than 70,000 patient issues in the first half of this year.
6. CipherHealth also more than doubled its workforce in the first half of this year. The company expects two times revenue growth year-over-year since its founding in 2009.
7. “As we continue with great momentum into the second half of the year, we’re looking to roll out more robust and customizable solutions to our existing suite of products, as well as increase our global footprint in terms of development and sales,” said Zach Silverzweig, CipherHealth co-founder.
