S&P Global Ratings raised its rating for Carson City, Nev.-based Carson Tahoe Regional Healthcare from "BBB+" to "A-."
The upgrade reflects the system's consistent and solid operating performance over the last several years as well as its dominant market position.
The rating outlook is stable.
