S&P places York Health Care Authority on CreditWatch negative

S&P Global Ratings placed the “A-” rating on York (Ala.) Health Care Authority’s series 2011 tax anticipation bonds on CreditWatch with negative implications.

The action is based on S&P’s repeated failed attempts to obtain timely information to maintain its rating on York Health Care Authority. If York Health Care Authority does not provide S&P with the requested information by Nov. 21, 2016, S&P will likely withdraw the affected rating.
