Moody’s revises outlook to negative for Washington Township Health Care District

 
Moody’s Investors Service has revised its outlook for Washington Township (Calif.) Health Care District from stable to negative.

The revision reflects Moody’s expectation that the district’s margins will remain pressured after weaker profitability in fiscal year 2018 and relatively high debt, along with a highly competitive market.

Moody’s also affirmed its “Baa1” rating on outstanding revenue bonds.
