Moody’s has also affirmed CAMC’s “A3” rating. The rating affirmation is based on CAMC’s adequate liquidity and market position as the major healthcare provider in southwestern West Virginia.

The outlook revision is based on several factors, including an unexpectedly weak performance in fiscal year 2015 and financial pressures expected to carry into fiscal year 2016.
