Delaying PPACA Could Save U.S. From Sequester, Gov. Jindal Says

Gov. Jindal said tens of billions of dollars could be saved by pushing back key programs of the PPACA, such as Medicaid expansions and health insurance exchanges, before they begin, which would offset spending cuts brought on by the automatic sequestration cuts slated to take hold Friday.
