The health system has no plans for the roughly 7.7 acres of land it bought in an area crowded with hotels, retail centers and housing. Intermountain officials are currently “thoughtfully assessing the needs of the community,” a spokesperson told the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
The sale closed in August, about a month after Intermountain acquired Las Vegas-based HealthCare Partners Nevada, a physician group with 1,800 employees.
