The 12-month moving average for overall healthcare price growth rose to 1.3 percent in May, up from 1.2 percent in April. Although this rate is near the all-time low for the Altarum Institute’s data (1.2 percent), it has now gone up for two consecutive months, showing its first increase since January 2012, according to the report.
