Healthcare organizations name their top vendors

Nuance Communications, Optum360 and M*Modal are among the highest-ranked vendors in coding and health information management this year, according to a recent Black Book survey.

For the survey, Black Book asked 3,300 organizations, including more than 1,600 coding professionals to rank vendors among in-demand computer-assisted coding, clinical documentation improvement software, speech recognition, transcription systems and outsourced coding services.

Survey respondents ranked these coding and health information management solutions highest in overall experience:
