Fitch assigns ‘AA’ issuer default rating to Rady’s Children’s Hospital

Fitch Ratings has assigned a “AA” issuer default rating to San Diego-based Rady Children’s Hospital.

The rating reflects Fitch’s expectation that the hospital will  continue to be the leading pediatric provider in the San Diego area, insulating it from significant competition.

The rating outlook is stable.
