Fitch Ratings has assigned an "A-" issuer default rating to Marshfield (Wis.) Clinic Health System.
The rating reflects the system's increased leverage and reduced financial flexibility as it continues to fully integrate acute care operations.
The rating outlook has been revised from stable to negative.
